Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• U.S. delivery: 5–10 business days.

• International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on your location in the universe.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order’s cosmic journey.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original stardust condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or not what you ordered (oops, Mercury retrograde strikes again), please email us with photos within 7 days. We’ll fix it fast.

 

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled/changed within 12 hours after purchase — after that, your order is already being prepared for launch 🚀.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
