Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (depending on where you orbit in the universe). You’ll receive a tracking email once your package takes flight.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes We ship worldwide! Shipping times + costs vary by country, but no matter where you are, we’ll beam your order straight to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original cosmic condition. Just contact us first and we’ll guide you.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Oh no! If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right (promise ✨).
Sizing
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product listing includes a size chart (inches + cm). We always recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart for the perfect cosmic fit.
Orders
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account anytime to check your order status.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be updated within the first 12 hours of purchase. After that, they’re already being processed in our universe and can’t be changed.
